I'm BANNED. I've been banned since mid April. DnF Updates is on hiatus until either my account gets wiped or I fix this ban issue.
If you need something translated, whether it's an item, pet, quest or anything in general, e-mail me at dnfweekly.at.gmail.com or leave a comment in the request post

DnF - Gunner Promotion (Incomplete, Halted indefinitely)
This was a video that I started when I first learned how to edit. I've been collecting fragments and clips over time I've been playing to make a video dedicated to one of my favorite characters in DnF but since I was banned, this project is gonna be on hold probably forever.
This is the incomplete work that I hope to finish one day. I want to swap out certain clips and add others in. The ones I wanted to add in however, required multiple players, and proper timing.
Alibaba and the multi-headshot is a avatar based clip I had devised based o the Arabian event set that came out a while ago. Because the gunner avatars were the 40 thieves, I decided to incorporate at least 4 gunners (2 male, 2 female) pulling off multi-headshot at the same time on one guy.
The disco rave clip was supposed to be the end of apocalypse and Scud genocide together resulting in the gunner spinning like a maniac while a "disco ball" fires lasers and provides a good effect in the background. I took this idea off of a animated gif from moeboard and wanted to definitely implement this somewhere. http://www.moeboard.co.kr/comm/bbs/board.php?bo_table=humor&wr_id=26308
Hopefully, I can get my account back someday and fix this up, but until then, here's the work I have so far.
From now on, this will probably be my last DnF video. I'll probably pick up the gamesite review blog zerreth.blogspot.com again.
Technically the video ends at 2:16 but I decided to leave some extra unused clips that didn't make the cut at the end.

Rogue: An Introduction (Video)
I've been working on this for the past 2 days straight and I don't care anymore if the sound's desync'ed, lack of balance between music and sound effects or if there are other errors. Working with Adobe After Effects in conjunction with Premiere has tired the hell outta me. After finishing animations with After Effects I had to export as an 11 minute uncompressed file which took up 307 (not a typo) gigabytes and then re encode for post-processing through Premiere.
That alone took 3 1/2 hours to render (2 hours with AE, 1 1/2 with premiere) and I had to do it multiple times because I repeatedly found glaring issues in the final product. I'm done, tired, and leaving After Effects until I figure out a more efficient way to work with that program.....
Assuming you haven't already seen a game play video of how rogues play, I decided add my own, displaying every skill before hand along with icons followed up with a dungeon run. Don't ask me what difficulty that was. That's beside the point.

Dnf Promotion - "Passion"
A New Year's present from Neople showing an animated clip of future content featuring Bakal.
Translation Notes/Trivia:
-In the first scene Bakal and Hilder are introduced.
-A bit of leeway was given regarding translation as some phrases were lost in translation as well as attempting to preserve the characters' personality. For example, Albert's line could be translated to "Knowing to dodge is also useful" but it didn't seem condescending enough. The final line could also be translated to "I'm going!" or "I'm off!"
-The rogue's Silver Stream animation denotes that this animation may have started production before the visual update (about 3-4 months ago).
-The priest calls out "Hyun Mu" [玄武]. Known as the Black Tortoise, the guardian of the north, some of you may know of it as "Genbu" or "Xuanwu".
